I started my professional experience working as Oracle Weblogic Support Engineer supporting avariety of customers in EMEA region specially French customers (SCNCF, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas..) for various Oracle products (Oracle Weblogic, Oracle JRockit, Oracle WLI.. ). Working for Oracle Customer`s, mainly for Oracle Platform 8.1, 9.x, 10.0 and 10.3 I was administrating Weblogic Application Server, doing upgrade, patch testing, handling customers issues, developing test cases and patches. Focusing on JMS Subsystem, JTA, JDBC Design and system troubleshooting. Also knowledge in integrating IBM MQ wih Weblogic platform. I have worked also with Oracle Database mainly the connectivity with Weblogic platform ,experience troubleshooting JDBC Issues, collaborating with Database Support Team to deliver satisfactory services for Oracle Customers. Also I have a experience in managing difficult situation when there is a critical situation in Customer Evironement.
